Frango com quiabo

Ingredientes

  • 5 sobrecoxas
  • suco de 1 limão
  • 5 dentes de alho picado
  • sal a gosto
  • pimenta-do-reino a gosto
  • 1 + 1/4 de xícara de óleo
  • 1 kg de quiabo picado
  • 1 cebola picada
  • 2 folhas de louro
  • 2 colheres (sopa) de molho de tomate
  • cheiro-verde a gosto
  • sal a gosto

Modo de Preparo

1 Em uma travessa, disponha as sobrecoxas e tempere-as com o suco de 1 limão, o alho, o sal e a pimenta-do-reino a gosto.

2 Cubra a travessa com plástico-filme e reserve na geladeira por 30 minutos.

3 Em uma frigideira, aqueça 1 xícara de óleo.

4 Adicione o quiabo e refogue para sair a baba.

5 Retire os quiabos e coloque em um prato com papel-toalha para escorrer.

6 Em uma outra panela, aqueça 1/4 de xícara de óleo e frite as sobrecoxas.

7 Retire as sobrecoxas e adicone à panela a cebola picada e o louro, refogue bem.

8 Volte as sobrecoxas para a panela e adicione o molho de tomate.

9 Cubra com água quente e deixe cozinhar por 20 minutos.

10 Adicione o quiabo, o cheiro-verde e acerte o sal.
